Textile Testing Laboratory
Our Laboratory is equipped with the latest Testing machines such as BUTTON PULL TESTER , RUBBING TEST INSTRUMENT , COLOUR MATCHING CABINET , GSM cutter + Scale , IFB washing machine & Tumble Dryer .
Cutting
Cutting is the process of separating a spread into garment components as a replica of pattern pieces on a marker.
Fabric Inspection
Once a consignment reaches our central warehouse, we take utmost care to ensure every aspect of the fabric received is as per quality and quantities specified by our buyers/ designers.
Printing
INDEXCO is tied up with computerized printing facility units and does all kinds of printing including discharge, high density, flock and foil.
Embroidery
We have 9/18 Multi Color SEQUENCE machines, 6 colour CHENILLE embroidery machines and also SAMPLING machines. We also have IN-HOUSE hand embroidery centres ensuring full control of our work process.
Stitching
Under the guidance of the management, there is a continuous effort to upgrade to the latest technology at our manufacturing facilities.
Checking
Our employees are also given all the necessary training & equipment for us to comply with statutory regulations.
Finishing
